Terms of Service
Last Updated 01/22/22
All client personal information and/or contact information that is shared for the purpose of this service will not be distributed to anyone or anywhere else. The client must please send the full payment upfront in order for work on their requested order to begin unless an installment plan has been requested and agreed upon, in which case the agreed upon work will be delivered with each milestone payment. In the case of digital painting commissions, a complete refund may be requested up until rough work/an uncoloured sketch (or sketches) has been completed and client-approved. When the painting is in progress and a coloured sketch has been completed and client-approved, the client may only request a refund of 50%. No refunds may be given if the artwork is in the process of final rendering or completed.
Model commissions and Rigging commissions are non-refundable.The client must place their model order with a decided-upon look for their character; any requests to redesign their character from the ground up at any point during the model-making process (redesign their clothing, hair, etc) will not be implemented without additional charges. If you are a potential client looking to have a character design, or a costume design, place an order for digital artwork and not for a Live2D model PSD/Live2D rigging.Payment in USD is preferred, please. The client will receive an e-mailed invoice for their accepted order via email.Asking prices are determined based on the estimated amount of time a piece will take the artist to complete. The complexity of a requested order affects the asking price. The client is forbidden from the use of artwork for resale or commercial profit unless permitted by the artist (with the exception of profits made off affiliate and partnership programs and tips on streaming platforms). The client is not to claim the artwork as their own or edit out the original signature. The client may not resell their model unless permitted by the artist.Merchandising is not included in purchases; If you want to put a picture of the model (or anything) I make on merch, I require fees or royalties. The client is required to include appropriate credit to the artist where relevant (Twitter, Twitch bio or “Credits” panel, Youtube bio, etc).
The client may not request works depicting explicit NSFW content, or political or religious propaganda. Unless said propaganda is for the Tentacult, Violet Sign, or Haruka's cult.

Other & Concept Works
If you are looking for a character or merch designer, please send me an email or DM on Twitter with a detailed inquiry of what it is you're looking for.Regarding apparel or graphic design, please be aware that I do not work in Vectors but instead in very high-resolution PNGs (CMYK for printables), 300dpi and roughly 10000x8000 per graphic (depending on length and width of the art itself). The cost of design works varies drastically between projects and is unique to each inquiry's complexity and load.I am not currently offering Logo design, Stream Scene Layouts and Overlays, or Emotes.
